O'Keefe and Rule #10

I was able to acquire James O’Keefe new book through the interlibrary loan. The kid fascinates me. Yes, he is 27. Age is a mere perception based on one’s own age. Maturity is a gauge in adulthood. This kid is very mature. The book is titled “Breakthrough: our guerrilla war to expose fraud and save democracy”. O’Keefe provides his upbringing and sources for his actions and insight in his thought process. One such example is when he learned about Saul Alinski’s rule number 10. As opposed to President Obama and Hillary Clinton’s love for Alinski’s political ideology, O’Keefe adopts Alinski’s style of tactics.

Saul Alinsky was an American community organizer (sound familiar Mr. President) and writer. Alinsky is considered by most to be the founder of modern community organizing. His most notable works is his book “Rules for Radicals”. It is rule ten we look at now.

Rule number ten states “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition."

O’Keefe provides his summary of applying this principle against the college he attended showing the ethos of ideology. We see this pressure method from radical groups such as the homosexual movement. Note the constant barrage of news, TV shows, ads applying homosexuality as normal, acceptable and if you disagree, your characterization is already given as demeaning and intolerable.

However, if a individual begins to write on a subject and apply pressure on corruption, a reaction is inevitable. Through that reaction, news can be shown in the light of the individual.

We see pressure placed on those journalist attempting to do their duty. Notably, Jana Winter and Roger Shuler have recently been attacked for writing about the truth. Pressure applied to them, have in turn gathered attention. This attention can be directed to the truth.

Look at the Obamacare fiasco. The original idea provided to the American people, for the purpose of Obamacare is to give insurance to those uninsured. Passing a tax, for the name of progress has undermined the American citizens. More Americans are not un-insured with no means to get insured, than the original group.

Simply pointing out the flaws, as they progress has not only put a black eye on the idea, it is decimating moral for the whole party that voted on it.
